would you be talking about the "Replay this game" screen?

The title explains it honestly, i got this random screen while i was playing through the game, i pressed R and Enter at the same to immediately reset and instead of dying there was a transition to black and i got this screen that said "Replay this game?". I'm curious as to how i might be able to get it to pop up again and because i havent seen anyone mention this before.
